Cala Lunga is the perfect anchorage for cruising in the Isola Razzoli Maddalena Archipelago, Sardinia. With crystal-clear water and good shelter from the wind, this anchorage is the perfect place to spend a peaceful night (in calm weather).

Cala Lunga

Coordinates: 41° 17.93′ N, 9° 20.60′ E

Cala Lunga lies on the western side of the island. Care is needed at the entrance due to rocks above and below water, especially on the southern side. You can anchor in 5-7m on sand with some rocks. There are a few mooring buoys available. The bay is open to westerly winds.

Note: The southern shores are part of a national park. Access is allowed only with a guide. A path leads to the old lighthouse, which is about a 30-minute walk.
