The Passaggio della Pelosa anchorage is one of the most appreciated anchorages. Some boaters even say it is one of the best anchorages in the Mediterranean. Perfectly protected from the north, south, and west winds, this anchorage with a sandy bottom assures a good hold once the anchor is dropped. You will find Stintino and its marina a few kilometres away, accessible by dinghy. You can buy supplies in the shops and eat in one of the restaurants.

This vast, excellent anchorage has a sandy bottom and crystal-clear water. We anchored in 5m on our way to Stintino Marina. At night, we always prefer to enter a marina in daylight.

Cala Reale is a marine reserve where anchoring is prohibited, and mooring buoys are available. It’s a famous anchorage in Sardinia, located in the heart of the Asinara National Park. Cala Reale is full of places, fauna, and flora to discover. Between the wild coastline and the deserted prison ruins, the island has an extraordinary atmosphere of beauty, history, tragedy, and mystery. It is also the nerve center for trekking departures to visit the Natural Park and to meet the extraordinary Albino donkeys! Electric cars, bikes, trains, and tourist guides are accessible from Cala Reale to move around the park and optimize your discoveries. The waters around the anchorage are teeming with life, notably around the wreck of a Roman ship from the end of the 4th century, at a depth of 8 meters near the quay of Lazaret.
