Leros lies north of Kalymnos.
The hills are rounded, and the countryside around Lakki and Platoons is wooded and green.
The shape of the island formed many bays provide excellent anchorages.
The island is framed with many islets and rocks.

North and northwest winds usually prevail in summer.

And the town quay
Or you can anchor in the large bay. The bottom is sound and mud, good holding.
