Marina Pigantaro

Marina Pigantaro lies at the northern end of Lipari Roadstead. The breakwater pier is primarily for fishing boats. You can also dock closer to the city in Rada di Lipari, but be aware that these platforms are open to the bay and affected by winds and the wake from traffic entering the city’s port.

Anchorages Around Lipari

Marina Corta

Canneto

At Canneto, you can anchor off to the west-southwest or east of the moorings. The depths here are around 20 meters, providing a secure anchorage.

Punta Castagna

On the northern side, Punta Castagna offers anchorage off the beach in depths between 6 and 10 meters.

Porticello

Porticello is another excellent spot where you can anchor off the beach in depths between 5 and 10 meters.

Spiaggia di Vinci

Cala del Fico

Cala del Fico offers anchoring in depths between 10 and 15 meters at the northern end. However, care is needed due to the reef in the middle of the bay.
