Port of Vasiliki

Coordinates: 38° 37′ 36″ N, 20° 36′ 26″ E

Approach

The white lighthouse on A. Doukato is a key landmark. Once in the bay, the houses of Pondi will be visible. The houses will be seen from the east until you are in the bay. With the prevailing wind, there are strong gusts, so care is needed.

Mooring

You can go stern on the south quay in the inner harbour or alongside on the north side of the entrance. In calm weather, you can anchor in the bay. Note that the new marina is under construction. With strong southerlies, a surge develops in the inner harbour.
