Coordinates: 38° 18′ 9″ N, 20° 36′ 2″ E

Approach

From the North: You won’t see the town until you’re around Ak Agirossiki.

From the East: The town and port will be visible.

VHF: Ch74

Note: The channel between Kefalonia and Ithaca is very windy, usually from the north.

Depth: 3-4m

Mooring

Go stern on the north or east quay where directed. The bottom consists of sand, mud, and seaweed. Please ensure your anchor is well set as strong gusts blow down the valley. With southeast winds, a swell enters the harbour. You can also anchor on the southwest of the harbour, where the bottom is sand.
